The Elevation

Double Down or Start Again

You have 90 days of proof now. While others have abandoned their resolutions, you've built a base that can support growth.

 

The next 90 days are about elevation.

 

The Elevation isn't about starting over, it's about growth.

In this phase we transition from learning habits to mastering the system.

 

The Habit Stack - Now that the first habit is automatic, we add more to the stack.

Use your data to identify exactly what is working and what needs to be improved.

The Resiliant

This is where people slow down. This is the hardest quarter. The rest of the world is distracted, the grind becomes challenging.

 

The Resilient Phase is where champions are made. The hype has worn off, mental motivation has waned.

In this pahse, your grit becomes your competitive advantage. The repetitive nature of logging your habits takes over. 

This pattern helps you stay focused when the work gets boring. You learn that high performance actually comes from simple consistency, when the novelty has worn off.
