Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old. By using the Services, you confirm you are 18 or older, your use is lawful in your jurisdiction, and all information you provide is accurate.

Pl3nish Content — including the recipe enrichment dataset, nutritional data, polyphenol data, ingredient canonical taxonomy, AI-generated images, and algorithms — is the property of WCC Systems, LLC. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You retain ownership of content you create; by submitting it, you grant us a license to display and distribute it within the Services.

No scraping, automated data extraction, competitive analysis, or commercial exploitation without written consent. No interference with the platform. No dangerous dietary use. No use by anyone under 18.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date through your platform's subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. All fees are final and non-refundable except as required by law or platform policy. Influencer discount codes are non-transferable and single-use.

IMPORTANT: Pl3nish is not medical advice. Nutritional values are estimates. Dietary tags are algorithmically derived and not certified. You are responsible for verifying all allergens before preparing or consuming food. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary changes.

Paying subscribers may submit recipes to the platform. Submitted recipes go through our automated nutrition pipeline, which calculates nutrition, assigns dietary tags, and may generate an AI photograph. Public recipes appear under your creator handle. Creator handles are permanent once set. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any recipe you submit from a third-party source.

The Primary Account Holder is responsible for the subscription, for ensuring all Family Members are 18+, and for obtaining each member's agreement before adding them. The Primary Account Holder has full visibility into Family Members' nutrition data. Minors may not be added to Family Plans.

The Services integrate with Apple App Store, Google Play, Anthropic (AI), and FAL.ai (image generation). These providers have their own terms and privacy policies. WCC Systems, LLC is not responsible for third-party platform actions.

To report copyright infringement, email legal@pl3nish.com with 'DMCA' in the subject line. Include identification of the work, location in the Services, your contact information, and a statement of good faith belief and authority.

The Services are provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that nutritional data will be accurate for every use case.

WCC Systems, LLC's liability is limited to the greater of $500 or the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify WCC Systems, LLC against claims arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Disputes not subject to arbitration shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Denver, Colorado.

ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION UNDER AAA CONSUMER RULES — NOT CLASS ACTION OR JURY TRIAL. You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing legal@pl3nish.com. Claims must be filed within 1 year of the cause of action.
